Post-construction cleaning · Europe
After the builders leave, we make it move-in ready.
Construction dust, paint spots, window tracks and floor film — removed in one coordinated clean, so the space can be photographed, handed over or lived in.
What we clean
Every trade leaves a different mess. We work through all of them.
Plaster dust settles into every reveal. Paint flicks dry on glass and stone. Adhesive stays on frames long after the stickers come off. One crew, one sequence, one standard.

- 01
Construction dust & debris
Fine dust from ceilings, sockets and reveals — bagged and removed, not pushed into corners.
- 02
Windows, frames & tracks
Glass, gaskets and the track channel where grit hides until the first rain.
- 03
Floors: clean and polish
Screed, tile, timber and vinyl, washed, dried and finished to suit the surface.
- 04
Paint, adhesive & sticker residue
Solvent-matched removal that lifts the residue without dulling the finish beneath.
- 05
Kitchens & bathrooms
Silicone lines, grout haze, tapware, extractors and the inside of every new cabinet.
- 06
Final detail before handover
Skirting edges, door tops, switch plates — the parts a buyer runs a finger along.

Working with contractors
Why contractors hand the keys over
A handover date does not move because the clean is behind. We quote against your programme and work to the sequence your trades actually finish in.
-
One crew, one standard
The team that runs the builders clean also runs the final clean — nothing is lost in the handover between stages.
-
Site-safe working
We plan around live trades, protect finished surfaces and keep access routes clear for other contractors.
-
Documented before we start
Method statement, risk assessment and insurance details for your site file — issued up front, not after.
From construction site to spotless space
Ready when the site is.
The sequence
Three stages, one handover standard
Skipping a stage shows up later — in the grout, behind the radiators, on the inside of the glass. We schedule them as three separate visits, or one continuous block when the programme is tight.
01When the site is watertight
Builders clean
Bulk debris out, dust down from ceiling to floor, first pass on glass and frames. This is the heavy, dirty pass — it happens as soon as the site is watertight.

02After the last trade
Preparation clean
The second pass, after the other trades have finished: paint spots, adhesive, silicone haze and a full floor wash before anything is installed on top.

03On handover day
Final clean
Detail clean, polish and a room-by-room inspection on the day of handover — the pass that decides how the space photographs and how it feels to walk into.
